Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Marcus Aurelius facing right, depicted in the provincial Greek style typical of Achaean civic coinage. The legend ΑΝΤωΝΙΝΟϹ ΑΥΓΟΥϹΤοϹ (Antoninus Augustus) encircles the effigy, partially visible around the periphery. The portrait exhibits the characteristic mature facial features of Marcus Aurelius, with a short beard and laureate wreath. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show the typical patina of a circulated provincial bronze.
