Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Elagabalus facing right, presented three-quarter from the rear, with the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder. The effigy is rendered in the provincial style characteristic of the Pergamene conventus, with bold, slightly crude engraving typical of Mysian civic issues. The Greek imperial epithet ΑΝΤΩΝΕΙΝΟϹ is disposed around the bust in a circular legend within a beaded border.
