| Obverse description | Draped bust of Kore Soteira facing right, her head corn-wreathed in the manner typical of chthonic and agricultural deities, the portrait assimilated to that of Faustina II and adorned with a necklace. The legend ΚΟΡΗ ϹΩΤΕΙΡΑ encircles the bust within a beaded border, identifying the deity as Kore the Saviour. The treatment reflects the syncretic religious iconography prevalent in Greek Imperial coinage of Asia Minor, blending imperial portraiture with local divine imagery. |
