| Obverse description | Bare laureate head of Augustus facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic-Egyptian provincial style. The portrait displays the characteristic Augustan features with a laurel wreath encircling the head. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show considerable wear and patination, though the effigy remains identifiable in the left field. No legend is present on this obverse type. |
