Obverse description Bare head of Tiberius facing right, depicted in the Roman imperial portrait style characteristic of provincial coinage. The effigy is rendered in low relief with a clean profile showing the emperor's characteristic features. A partially preserved Greek legend surrounds the portrait, reading ϹΑΒ[?ΕΙΝΟϹ ΑΙΓΕΙΝ]ΗΤΩΝ, referencing the magistrate and the people of Aegina. The field is plain with slight surface irregularity typical of hammered provincial bronze coinage.

Reverse description Aiakos, the mythological hero and first king of Aegina, depicted seated on a throne at left, facing a standing figure before him in a scene likely representing a judicial or divine audience. A second standing figure appears to the right, possibly a supplicant or attendant. The composition reflects a narrative mythological scene common to Aeginetan provincial bronzes of the early Imperial period. The Greek legend ΑΙΑΚΟϹ appears in the field identifying the central divine figure.
