| Obverse description | Draped bust of Herennia Etruscilla facing right, wearing a diadem, depicted in the provincial style typical of Bithynian civic coinage of the mid-third century AD. The legend encircles the effigy in Greek characters, identifying the empress by her titles. The portrait shows the characteristic hairstyle and regal bearing associated with Etruscilla's official imagery. The flan is irregular and the surfaces exhibit heavy patination consistent with prolonged burial. |
