| Obverse description | Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Geta facing right, rendered in three-quarter view from the rear, with the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder. The effigy displays the characteristic youthful features of Lucius Septimius Geta, consistent with his portraiture during the reign of Septimius Severus. The Greek legend is disposed around the bust in the field. The flan is irregular and the die work reflects the provincial workshop style typical of the Pergamene conventus. |
