| Obverse description | Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Geta as Caesar facing right, viewed from the rear, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Bithynian civic coinage. The youthful effigy displays simplified drapery folds over the shoulder and a suggestion of cuirass detailing at the truncation. The Greek legend is disposed around the field, reading Π ϹΕΠ ΓΕΤΑϹ Κ, identifying the subject as Publius Septimius Geta Caesar. |
