| Obverse description | Draped bust of Athena facing right, wearing a crested Attic helmet. The figure is rendered in low relief in the provincial style typical of small Lycian-Phrygian bronzes of the Hadrianic period. The ethnic legend ΥΔΡΗΛΕΙΤΩΝ curves around the bust within the field, identifying the issuing community of Hydrela. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, with visible surface corrosion consistent with long burial. |
