Obverse description Radiate head of Emperor Domitian facing right, depicted with characteristic short hair surmounted by a radiate crown, rendered in the provincial Greek style. The portrait is set within a circular border, with the Greek imperial titulature legend disposed around the periphery of the flan. The workmanship reflects the provincial mint tradition of Bithynia, with a somewhat stylized treatment of facial features typical of Flavian-era provincial coinage.
