| Reverse description | Five-line Greek inscription contained within a laurel wreath, whose tied branches frame the entire field. The legend reads ΠΟΛΕΜΩΝ / ϹΕΛΕΥΚΟΥ / ΚΙΔΡΑ across the lines, identifying the magistrate Polemon son of Seleukos and the civic authority of Cidrama. The wreath is rendered with carefully articulated leaves and berries, consistent with Carian provincial bronze coinage of the Julio-Claudian period. |
