Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gallienus facing right, depicted from the rear in the characteristic Phrygian provincial style. The imperial effigy displays a radiate laurel wreath and layered military drapery over the cuirass. The Greek legend encircles the bust within a beaded border, identifying the emperor by his full titulature. The die work is typical of a small Phrygian civic mint, with somewhat rough but legible engraving consistent with mid-third-century provincial issues.
