Obverse description Laureate bust of Emperor Commodus facing right, depicted with a long and wide beard, wearing cuirass and paludamentum, shown from a rear three-quarter perspective. The imperial effigy is rendered in the provincial style typical of Troas civic coinage. A partial Greek legend surrounds the bust in the field.
