Obverse description Draped bust of Agrippina the Younger facing left, her hair elaborately coiffed and bound. The portrait is rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Macedonian civic coinage under Nero. The Greek legend ΣΕΒΑΣΤΗ (Augusta) appears in the field, identifying the empress. The flan is irregular and the surfaces heavily worn, consistent with circulation use.

Reverse description A horse trotting to the left, carrying a palm branch in its mouth, a traditional symbol of victory associated with Thessalonica's renowned horse-racing tradition. A six-pointed star appears above the horse in the upper field, a distinctive civic emblem of the mint. The composition is set within an irregular flan, the design executed in a bold, if somewhat coarse, provincial engraving style.
