Obverse description Laureate head of Emperor Domitian facing right, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Alexandrian coinage. The portrait displays the emperor's characteristic features with a laurel wreath crown. The flan is irregular and the surface heavily worn, consistent with a low-denomination Alexandrian bronze issue of the Flavian period.

Reverse description A Nile crocodile depicted in profile facing right, a distinctly Egyptian symbol widely employed on Alexandrian provincial bronzes of the imperial era. The crocodile is shown in a naturalistic pose with its characteristic elongated body and ridged back. The regnal year inscription L Ε (Year 5) appears in the field, dating the issue to the fifth year of Domitian's reign as reckoned by the Alexandrian calendar.
