| Obverse description | Draped bust of Hera facing right, wearing a tall cylindrical polos headdress, her hair elaborately arranged. The portrait is rendered in the local provincial style typical of Achaean bronze coinage under Nero. A partial Greek legend runs along the upper periphery of the flan within a beaded border, reading ΕΠΙΜ ΚΛΕΟ(Ν), identifying the magistrate Kleonikos responsible for the issue. |
