Obverse description Laureate head of the Emperor Trajan facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Alexandrian bronze coinage. The portrait, though heavily worn, retains the characteristic features of the laureate wreath about the head. The flan is small and irregular, consistent with the minor bronze issues of the Alexandrian mint during Trajan's reign.
Obverse script Greek

Reverse description The hem-hem crown depicted in frontal view, a composite Egyptian crown consisting of a central Osirian djed pillar flanked by two ram horns, uraei, and feathered plumes, symbolising divine kingship and solar power within the Alexandrian religious tradition. The design is boldly struck at the centre of the flan despite the coin's small module. The regnal date appears in the field.
