Reverse description An ibis, the sacred bird of Thoth, depicted standing to the right with its long curved beak lowered toward the ground, rendered in the schematic style characteristic of small Alexandrian bronze issues. The bird's elongated legs and distinctive silhouette are discernible despite heavy wear and surface corrosion. To either side of the ibis appears the regnal year date formula in Greek numerals.
