| Obverse description | Open right hand depicted in low relief, fingers extended and spread upward, occupying the majority of the flan. The hand motif, a common symbol of divine protection and civic identity in Punic and Neo-Punic coinage, is rendered in a schematic yet recognizable style. Traces of a Neo-Punic inscription appear in the upper field. The flan is irregular with a slightly uneven surface consistent with hand-struck provincial bronze issues. |
