Reverse description A caduceus depicted upright in the central field, its winged top and intertwined serpents rendered in bold, if crude, relief typical of small Alexandrian civic bronzes. The regnal date legend L ΙΑ (Year 11) appears in the field, identifying this issue to the eleventh year of Hadrian's reign. The flan is irregular and the design occupies most of the available surface with no border visible.
