| Obverse description | Draped bust of Tyche facing right, wearing a tall calathus (modius) upon her head, rendered in the Hellenistic court style characteristic of late Seleucid bronzes. The portrait is set within a plain field, with no surrounding legend on the obverse. The drapery is indicated across the shoulder, and the calathus serves as the principal iconographic attribute identifying the deity. The flan is irregular and somewhat broad, consistent with hand-struck municipal issues of this period. |
