Obverse description Full-length figure of King Vima Kadphises standing left in military attire, his right hand extended over a flaming altar; a trident staff rises to the left of the altar. To the right of the king, a club is depicted alongside the royal tamgha symbol. The figure is rendered in the characteristic Kushan artistic style with bold, slightly crude workmanship. A Greek legend encircles the design within a bead-and-reel border.
