Obverse description Forepart of a horse's head in profile facing right, rendered in a bold and schematic Hellenistic style typical of Bithynian bronze coinage. The mane is lightly indicated, and the neck is truncated at the lower flan. The field is otherwise plain, with no legend or additional devices present.

Reverse description A barbed spearhead pointing upward dominates the central field, its triangular tip and flanking barbs clearly delineated in relief. The Greek royal legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕ ΠΡΟΥΣΙ is distributed in two lines to the left and right of the spearhead, identifying the issuer as King Prusias. The execution is characteristic of the abbreviated titulature found on small Bithynian bronze issues of the 3rd–2nd century BC. The field shows typical wear consistent with hammered provincial bronzes of this period.
