| Obverse description | Standing effigy of Vima Kadphises facing left in the field, depicted in royal Kushan attire with characteristic heavy garments and boots, his right hand extended toward a fire altar. A Greek legend encircles the figure reading BACIΛEYC BACIΛEWN CWTHP MEΓAC OOHMO KAΔΦICHC, identifying the king as 'King of Kings, Great Saviour.' The die work is characteristic of the Kushan hammered coinage of the early 2nd century AD, with the flan displaying the typical irregular, somewhat dumpy fabric of the series. |

| Reverse description | The reverse depicts the Hindu deity Shiva standing facing, shown in his aspect as Maheshvara, with characteristic attributes including a trident held in one hand. To the left of the deity stands Nandi, the sacred bull, facing right. The composition is set within a plain field with no surrounding legend, consistent with the mono-lingual classification of this issue in which only the obverse carries a Greek inscription. The style reflects the syncretic Kushan artistic tradition blending Hellenistic and Indian iconographic elements. |
