Obverse description Diademed bust of Vardanes II facing left, with medium-length wavy hair and a visible earring. The beard is rendered with a distinctive semicircular lower contour, and the neck is adorned with a three-band spiral torque with no visible terminal end. Diadem ties fall behind the head, while a crescent and star device appears in the field before the face. The style is characteristic of late Parthian bronze coinage, with a compact and slightly schematic rendering of the royal effigy.
