Gábrišoviek is a Slovak collectors' association that issues annual membership notes — a format with a small but serious following in Central European notaphily, where private "fantasy" issues with real security printing carry genuine numismatic interest precisely because the production standards are not faked. This 2025 adhesion note was printed by DAS Security Printing, a legitimate security printer, meaning the watermark and thread are functionally indistinguishable from those on state-issued currency.
The designer is also the association's namesake. That kind of closed-loop authorship — founder designs, association issues, collector redeems — is unusual even within the fantasy note world.
