| Obverse description | Central field bearing the Kalima (Islamic declaration of faith) in bold, deeply struck Nasta'liq Arabic script, arranged across the coin face in multiple registers. The legend reads the Shahada in large characters occupying the majority of the flan. A dotted border encircles the entire design, typical of Afsharid hammered coinage. The script is vigorously rendered, with characteristic overlapping strokes produced by the hand-hammered technique. The overall layout follows the standard Afsharid religious inscription format without figural imagery. |

| Reverse description | Central field bearing a multi-line Nasta'liq Persian inscription in three to four registers, enclosed within a dotted border. The legend records the mint authority, the name of 'Ali, and the mint city of Qazvin. The text is arranged in horizontal bands across the flan, consistent with Afsharid abbasi coinage of the mid-eighteenth century. The hammered technique produces a slightly irregular flan with some weakness at the edges. No pictorial or figural elements are present; the design is entirely epigraphic. |
