The effigy is rendered in a classical baroque style typical of mid-18th century Russian Imperial coinage. A circular Cyrillic legend surrounds the portrait, reading the imperial titles of Elizabeth I. The mint mark ММД (Moscow Mint) appears in the lower field beneath the bust truncation. |
