The 90 Heller denomination is slightly unusual — most small-issue Austrian Notgeld favored round figures like 10, 20, or 50 Heller — suggesting this note was printed to meet a very specific change-making requirement rather than as part of a standardized series.
Johann Riepl's signature as sole signatory indicates a single-official authorization, typical of the smallest communes where the Bürgermeister or treasurer signed alone.
