The 90 Heller denomination is an odd one — most municipal issues clustered around 10, 20, 50, or 80 Heller — suggesting the community was deliberately plugging a specific gap in local exchange rather than producing a full series for collectors.
Wagner of Innsbruck was a regional workhorse printer for Tyrolean Notgeld, handling dozens of small municipal commissions during this period. Josef Hofinger's signature as signatory places administrative accountability with the municipality itself.
