| Obverse description | Central vignette of a large eagle with wings spread, perched atop a rocky crag, rendered in a vigorous Art Nouveau illustrative style against a light ground. The denomination numeral "90" appears in large bold figures at upper left and upper right, set within an ornamental border of stylised foliage and berries.
