A decorative scroll banner across the upper portion carries the denomination in Gothic blackletter script flanked by the numeral '90' in an ornate circular medallion, while two columns of verse text in Fraktur script flank the central town arms — a crowned shield bearing a standing figure — dated 1920. A lower scroll panel contains the redemption guarantee text with two facsimile signature positions and 'Vierte Auflage' (Fourth Issue) at the foot. |
