Obverse description	Right-facing bust of Fra' Matthew Festing, 79th Prince and Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored proof field. The subject is depicted in formal dress adorned with the distinctive eight-pointed Maltese cross at the collar. Curly hair and strong facial features are rendered with fine detail.
