| Obverse description | Central field bears the large numeral '80' denoting the denomination, enclosed within a wreath of laurel branches tied at the base. Small decorative rosette or floral ornaments are scattered throughout the inner field surrounding the numeral. The circular legend around the periphery reads 'PETRUS.II.D.G.CONST.IMP.ET.PERP.BRAS.DEF' with the date and mint mark appearing in the lower portion of the coin. The entire design is bordered by a toothed or beaded rim. |
