The upper portion carries the issuer inscription in decorative hand-lettered typography, above a central vignette depicting a village landscape with a church steeple, rooftops, and a bare tree in the foreground, framed by stylised Art Nouveau flame and scroll ornaments on either side. Below the vignette, the denomination numeral '80' is set in large open figures flanked by the value '80h' repeated at lower left and right, with 'HELLER' inscribed beneath.
