| Obverse description | Printed in violet-blue on cream paper, the central vignette is an oval illustration of the Maltese spa building and castle ruins of Gars am Kamp set amid dense foliage, with figures in the foreground. The denomination '80' appears in large Gothic numerals at left and right, with 'Achtzig~' at upper left and 'Heller.' at upper right in Gothic script. Four-leaf clover ornaments decorate the corners, and a circular text band running around the oval vignette carries the issuing authority and date; below the vignette appear two manuscript signatures over printed titles for the Vize-Bürgermeister and the Bürgermeister, with a liability clause in Gothic letterpress. |
