Obverse description The Public Seal of Niue occupies the upper left portion of the field, depicted within an oval cartouche surmounted by a royal crown, encircled by the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE and featuring two crossed spears below with the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI on a scroll. The remaining field is richly ornamented with traditional Cicmany folk geometric patterns rendered in high relief, forming an intricate interlocking design of stylised motifs characteristic of Slovak folk art. The denomination 80 DOLLARS arcs along the lower rim, while the date 2023 is inscribed vertically along the right border. The overall composition blends Niuean heraldic imagery with Central European decorative folk tradition.

Reverse description A Golden Eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) is depicted in dynamic flight, rendered in exceptional high relief with finely detailed feathering across its fully spread wings and powerful taloned feet extended beneath its body. In the lower field, the rocky summit of Kriváň, the iconic peak of the Slovak Tatra Mountains, rises in sculptural relief beneath the soaring bird. The circular border legend reads SLOVAKIA along the upper arc, flanked by the inscriptions 1000 g and Ag 999, with the Czech Mint mark CM and the engraver's initials MD and the designer's moniker visible in the field. The composition conveys a sense of freedom and national pride emblematic of the Slovak natural landscape.
