Obverse description Draped bust of King Frederik IV facing left, rendered in high relief within a beaded inner circle. The royal effigy is surrounded by a Latin legend reading the king's full royal titulature. The portrait is executed in the baroque style typical of early 18th-century Scandinavian coinage, with fine detailing on the drapery and facial features.
