| Obverse description | Stylized replica of a Bolivian 8 reales cob coin, featuring a crowned arms design with the Pillars of Hercules flanking a central cross, and wavy lines representing the sea in the lower field. The piece bears a circular hole pierced through the right side of the flan, and the irregular scalloped edge imitates the rough-cut form of a genuine macuquina cob. Partial legends and mint marks appear in the field referencing Potosí and the date 1692. |
