| Obverse description | Central field features the interlaced royal cypher of King Adolf Fredrik — a doubled and mirrored 'AF' monogram in elaborate cursive script — surmounted by a Swedish royal crown in high relief. The monogram is rendered in a bold, flowing Baroque style occupying the majority of the field. The royal motto encircles the design along the upper and lateral rim as a continuous legend, separated by lozenge-shaped stops. A fine beaded border frames the entire obverse. |
