Obverse description Draped bust of Queen Isabella II facing right, rendered in a youthful classical style with curled hair swept upward and gathered at the crown. The effigy is positioned centrally within the field, with truncation at the base of the neck. A circular legend in raised Latin lettering surrounds the bust, reading from left to right.
