Obverse description Draped military bust of Juan Manuel de Rosas facing left, rendered in high relief, wearing an epauletted uniform with a sash across the chest. The effigy displays naturalistic hair swept back and a strong profile. A circular legend in Latin script reads RESTAURADOR DE LAS LEYES surrounding the upper field, with the name ROSAS inscribed below the bust near the lower rim. The entire design is bordered by a raised beaded rim.
