| Obverse description | Draped bust of Bishop Joseph Benedict von Rost facing right, depicted in ecclesiastical vestments with a pectoral cross suspended at the chest, rendered in high relief in the Baroque style. The effigy features a full curled wig characteristic of the mid-eighteenth century. A continuous Latin legend encircles the bust within the border of the coin, identifying the issuer by name and title. The portrait is finely engraved, conveying both secular authority and ecclesiastical dignity. |
