| Obverse description | At center, the denomination 750.000 LIRA and date 1998 are inscribed in three lines within a wreath composed of two crossed wheat ears to the left and an olive branch to the right, their stems crossing at the base. The Turkish crescent and star symbol appears at the top of the field above the wreath. The circular legend TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ runs along the outer border. A small mint mark appears at the lower center, below the wreath junction. |
