The 75 Rupee denomination was issued in 2023 to mark the 75th anniversary of Pakistani independence — a commemorative issue rather than a circulating denomination, and one without precedent in the State Bank's regular series. Pakistan does not maintain a 75-rupee note in standard circulation, so this sits entirely outside the normal denomination ladder.

Printed domestically by PSPC in Karachi, the note is notably light on security features for a modern issue — watermark only, with none of the polymer threading or color-shifting ink found on current high-denomination circulation notes.
