| Obverse description | Printed in dark blue on cream stock, the obverse carries an orange-salmon underprint composed of overlapping large letterforms arranged in a mosaic pattern across the entire field, contained within a dark blue rectangular frame. At upper centre, the denomination "75 Pf." appears in bold above the heading "ANWEISUNG", followed by three lines of letterpress text directing the Bank für Handel und Gewerbe, Altona to pay the bearer on demand until 1 March 1922. The issuing authority "Landesbürgerrat Schleswig-Holstein" is centred in the lower portion, with the place and date "Altona-Elbe, 15. Febr. 1922" at lower left and the designation "Der Geschäftsführer" at lower right above a manuscript signature. |
