Winzeldorf is a small commune in Schleswig-Holstein, and this 75 Pfennig note belongs to the vast wave of German municipal Notgeld issued between roughly 1920 and 1922, when chronic small-coin shortages left local governments printing their own emergency fractions. The Konrad Hanf firm in Hamburg handled a significant volume of this regional Notgeld work, servicing dozens of north German municipalities during that period.

The 75 Pfennig denomination is among the less common Notgeld values — most series leaned on 25, 50, and 75 increments, but the 75 Pf piece was frequently the odd one out in collector runs.
