Obverse description The central vignette presents the crypt of the former abbots in the monastery garden (Klostergarten) of Heisterbach, rendered in a polychrome letterpress style with green and brown tones: an ornate stone portal set within an ivy-clad wall, flanked by trees and framed by decorative Corinthian columns at left and right. The denomination '75' appears in green at the upper corners, each accompanied by a small 'Pf' monogram, while two heraldic shields occupy the lower corners. A text panel below the vignette carries the issuance conditions, bears the serial number, the date 'Heisterbach, 1.11.21', and a facsimile signature.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in deep red and grey tones, with two full-length statues of Cistercian monks — identified in inscriptions as S. Benedictus (left) and S. Bernardus (right) — standing on pedestals within Gothic arch niches decorated with red foliate scrollwork. The central panel contains a stanza from a poem attributed to Wolfgang Müller von Königswinter, set in a decorative border of red dot-and-rule ornament. At the foot of the design, the place name 'Heisterbach im Siebengebirge' is rendered in large Gothic display lettering.
