Obverse description The obverse is printed in red and black on cream paper, centred on the elaborate coat of arms of Naugard in Pommern enclosed within baroque acanthus scrollwork; the shield bears blue fleurs-de-lis on a field with a brick gate tower at base, surmounted by a crested helm. Denomination panels reading '75 PF' in bold red numerals appear at left and right, each set against a red ground with a decorative ribbon cartouche. The issuing text runs across the top in Gothic script, and the place name 'Naugard in Pommern' is inscribed below the central vignette; the printer's imprint 'FLEMMING-WISKOTT A.G. GLOGAU' appears at the foot, with the designer's signature 'W.H. Lippert' at lower right.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in rust-brown and black on cream paper, with a central vignette of the Neue Rathaus (New Town Hall) of Naugard, a multi-storey Baroque civic building with a clock-domed cupola, rendered in fine line engraving. Flanking the central scene are two oval portrait medallions: at left, a bust of Bismarck in profile with an accompanying text noting his service as Kreisdeputierter in Naugard in 1844, and at right, a portrait of Major Schill with a text commemorating his defence of Naugard against Napoleonic forces on 12 February 1807. Denomination roundels reading '75 Pfg' appear at lower left and right, and the title banner 'Naugard u. seine großen Männer' arches across the top; the registration number 'D.R.G.M. 795679' is printed at the foot.
