| Obverse description | Grey-toned Notgeld note enclosed within a bold red rectangular border. The issuer's name "HALSTENBEK" is printed in large block letters across the upper field, surmounted by the script legend "Notgeld der Gemeinde" and the subtitle "(COM. AMTSBEZIRK PINNEBERG)". A central circular vignette contains a stylised tree motif, flanked on either side by the denomination numeral "75" in ornamental brackets with "Pfg." below; a red serial number is stamped to the right of the vignette. The lower portion carries a validity clause in script typeface, two manuscript signatures above the designations "DER COM.
